In my first motion design class I had to create an animated movie poster for Everything Everywhere All At Once, one of my all time favorite movies. This was my first time creating an animation without any assets provided by my professor. I ran into a few challenges along the way, but the biggest one was the addition of the audio. I hadn’t originally planned on pairing the movement to music, but every time I looked at my work it felt like something was missing. I rifled through the soundtrack from the film and almost instantly found the perfect audio. I spent the rest of the night adjusting the animation to sync up with the audio and the result was exactly what I hoped for.
